Malam kelmarin...lepas dinner dgn hubby kat Ampang yong tou fou,dalam kereta tetiba sakit perut...tak sure macam serangan angin or what...macam sakit mencucuk2...arghh...tak tahan....sampai je kat umah terus masuk bilik baring....masih sakit....macam nak nangis....hubby letak balm kat belakang badan n kaki....betul2 tak tau nak buat ape sbb dalam kepala ni risau harap2 takde pape jadik kat baby....dalam hati mmg doa biarla taca yg sakit jgnla apa2 jadik kat baby..tak kesahla sakit macam mana pon...sampai macam tu skali pastu...otak ni terus pikir maybe kembung angin or food poisoning...so taca decided akan duduk kat toilet sampai keluar benda yg sepatutnye...in my mind mmg ingat angin or food poisoning takde benda lain.....so...malam tu mmg pegi toilet 3 kali,first time mmg rasa lega dapt tido sekejap...2nd and 3rd time tu still sakit....tapi pastu dapat tido....keesokkan harinya mmg tak rasa sakit langsung...tak pegi toilet lg dah....alhamdulillah....so taca call dr.geetha....dia kata maybe food poisoning...nothing keluar dari tempat baby..so it is ok....by the way this or next weekend mmg akan buat last check up dgn dr.gheeta....fuhh...risau rasenyer time tu nasib baik takde pape.....
So kat bawah ni ada sikit info dari buku pregnancy yang taca baca pasal food poisoning on pregnant women,maybe we can use this information to prevent it next time:
1. Lactose Intolarence
When lactose is not properly digested, it can cause gas,bloating,cramps and diarrhea.(the difficulty of the
body to digest vitamin D or calcium,select a low lactose contained in your dairy product)
2.A Caution for listerosis
To prevent listerosis,avoid unpasteurized milk,you also need to be careful of other unpasteurized such as
some juices.Avoid unpasteurized soft cheeses such as camembert,brie,feta,gorgonzola,bleu cheese and
roquefort.If they have been made with pastheurized milk,these soft cheese are ok to
eat during pregnancy
3.Avoid raw oyster and raw clams.Don't eat smoked or cured seafood unless it's been cooked.Limit your
liver consumption it helps to limit the amount of vitamin A you receive too.Keep away from refrigerated
meat spreads and pates because they are often made with undercooked goose or duck liver.
